You can sign up for class by creating an account here. If you are new to the studio, you'll be prompted to create an account with your name and email. Please make sure to enter all accurate information including your phone number in case we need to reach you in an emergency. After creating your account, select a membership or class pack and then book your spot. Please download our app to your phone for a convenient booking experience. We strongly encourage all clients to sign up online + in advance of class!
All of our classes are perfect for all-levels. Each class has modifications for beginners, injuries, pre and post-natal care and more. Let us know it's your first time when arriving and we will take care of you.
Please arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of class, as this helps us to start on time and make sure you have everything you need for class.
Bring a water bottle (if you forget it, we sell them), comfortable clothing to move in, and that's it! Socks are optional and we have lululemon mats for you to use.
If you sign up for a class, the instructor is expecting to see you and move with you. For your convenience, you can cancel anytime outside of our cancellation window, free of charge. Our window is 6 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel within this window, it is a late cancel and our system will automatically charge you — either deducting your class pass, or if you are an unlimited member it will charge your card on file a $16 late fee. This is so that instructors are not arriving to the studio for a class and there are all no-shows. If it's an emergency, you can email us at sanctuary@sanctuarywellness.studio and we will be able to work with you!
We do not refund for the purchase of services at The Sanctuary. If you purchased a class, a package, a membership or a Founder's Yearly contract: we cannot refund you. What we can do is pause classes so that they do not expire for you to use at a later time.
Our services purchased at The Sanctuary have an expiration date shown during your purchase:
- Single drop-in: 3 months after sale date
- 5 class package: 6 months after sale date
- 10 class package: 6 months after sale date
- 20 class package: 1 year after sale date
- Single month of Unlimited: 1 month after first scheduled class
- Single sauna session: 3 months after sale date
- Sauna 5 session package: 3 months after sale date
- Sauna 10 session package: 6 months after sale date
- Gift cards: honored and redeemed for the purchased amount at the time of purchase
Attempts to extend class package expirations and/or re-activate expired services with The Sanctuary Wellness Studio are at the full discretion of Alli Bradley, owner and manager of The Sanctuary Wellness Studio.
