We’ve all heard that self-care means bubble baths, face masks, or treating yourself—but what if it’s something deeper? What if real self-care is less about escaping and more about returning: to your body, your relationships, and yourself? Real Self-Care is a grounding, community-centered workshop led by licensed marriage and family therapists at Dwell Therapy Collective, with gentle yoga guided by Haley Adams, certified yoga instructor at Sanctuary. Together, we’ll explore what it truly means to care for your whole self, beyond the surface.
Through mindful movement, guided journaling, and small group sharing, we’ll look at how you tend to your physical needs, how you show up in connection with others, and how you relate to the most personal parts of yourself.
We’ll close with a thoughtful conversation about sustainable self-care—the kind that supports resilience, boundaries, and alignment with your values. This isn’t about adding another task to your to-do list. It’s about discovering ways of caring for yourself that feel real, honest, and lasting.
